The goal of this ministry is to reach out to our church community and provide services to meet their needs. If you, or someone you know are in need of any of these services, please do not hesitate to give us a call or fill out the form below!
Prayer

Visitation
If you or a family member are in the hospital, on hospice, or at home and would like someone to visit and pray with you, we would love to do so.
Food For The Sick
The team will provide meals for you if you are in need and have no one to provide a meal for you at home.
Visitor Information Bags
Please ask for one! These bags are for new visitors and provide information about our beliefs, services, and multiple different ministries at Butte Creek.
